Even the Bulls' star agrees, the Bradley-Butler matchup goes Celtics' way

Boston is 3-7 SU and 4-6 ATS over its last 10 road games against the Bulls, but sticking to the present tense, Chicago is compromised in the point-guard matchup with Rajon Rondo (fractured right thumb) nearly certain not to play.

"Its kind of been the story of our team, being able to fight through adversity", guard Avery Bradley, who tied teammate Isaiah Thomas with a club-high 24 points, said after the game. Utah had six double-figure scorers in Game 5, as veterans Boris Diaw, Joe Johnson and George Hill soothed any jangled nerves in the team's ranks.

Otto Porter scored 17 points and sank 9 of 10 free throws for the fourth-seeded Wizards, who lead the best-of-seven Eastern Conference series 3-2. Coach has been saying we're going to knock down all our open shots that we're missing and it might be the next game. Even with Dwyane Wade picking up the slack by tallying 26 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists, the Bulls still lost by double-digits.

Boston was +14 with Olynyk in the game and +12 with Smart, and they were two huge factors in the win. "Obviously, that part of our game has changed with Rondo out".

"The key has been playing consistent", Celtics guard Avery Bradley said about how Boston flipped the script. That's bad news for the Bulls, who have seen the wheels come completely off after winning the first two games in Boston. Boston has since won three straight games and has Chicago on the ropes in Game 6. For the first time in this series, it felt like Thomas was ahead of the Bulls' game plan against him.

With a one-word response and prompt exit, Chicago Bulls Coach Fred Hoiberg became the latest to provide a must-see moment during a 2017 National Basketball Association playoffs news conference.

Chicago Bulls guard Isaiah Canaan sticks out his tongue as he taunts Boston Celtics guard Isaiah Thomas during the second quarter. Boston missed its first eight three-point attempts before making three in a row at the end of the first quarter. "He's got a broken thumb and that's hard to go out there and play, especially on your right hand as well as a torn ligament on the other side of the wrist". Nor does the coach expect Rondo to be available if a Game 7 is necessary.

"This whole group remains confident in everybody, from the first guy to the last guy", said Thomas, who shot just one-for-10 from beyond the arc but was ideal at the free-throw line, going 11-for-11.

Simple math tells us three points is more than two, but there's nothing wrong with a simple jumper from 15 feet.
