The Windows 10 user experience is intuitive, and users generally adapt with little or no training. Now, it makes an appearance for Windows Insiders in the Microsoft Photos application. The engine is used by Windows Defender, the malware scanner preinstalled on Windows 7 and later, as well as by other Microsoft consumer and enterprise security products: Microsoft Security Essentials, Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection 2010, Microsoft Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Forefront Security for SharePoint Service Pack 3, Microsoft System Center Endpoint Protection and Windows Intune Endpoint Protection.

SCCM Changes Microsoft had previously suggested that it would harmonize System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) upgrades with Windows 10 and Office 365 ProPlus upgrades, but it's not exactly clear that Microsoft will stray from its now used "current branch" nomenclature used for SCCM upgrades, which arrive every four months.

Organizations adopting Windows 10 are expected to conform to Microsoft's "servicing model", consisting of sequential "branches" for each Windows 10 version. Think of Windows 10 S as a trial for that strategy. Ormandy later tweeted his congratulations to Microsoft for patching the vulnerability so quickly. It's still a good idea to jump on it now, however, which you can do by manually installing the update.
