Kevin Durant's mom was one proud Black mama at National Basketball Association finals

After Under Armour CEO Kevin Plank called Trump a "real asset", Curry countered, "I agree with that description, if you remove the "et".

Andre Iguodala: Still a pivotal role player for Golden State at age 33, Iguodala seems likely to re-sign following another Warriors title, but the team may have to get creative in order to settle on a contract number.

From there, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Uproxx, ProBasketballTalk, ProFootballTalk, Vibe, The Independent, Daily Kos, the New York Daily News, and many other outlets all ran with the story, based exclusively on Brown's say so, and without seeking out confirmation from the team itself.

Q: It was mentioned before that Kevin Durant lost his first NBA Finals when you won your first NBA Finals. There are the Warriors, and then there are 29 other teams. "So, I do not anticipate any issues with him staying".

"The way that he embraced the opportunity in the Finals, it was unbelievable", Curry said. He did this while shooting 55.6 percent from the floor and 47.4 percent from three.

The NBA just had its most watched Finals game since 1998. He dunked, rained threes and blocked shots en route to a post-season run of 16-1, the only loss being Game 4 of the Finals where he still dropped 35/4/4, respectively.

"I hear all the narratives throughout the season that I was joining, I was hopping on bandwagons, I was letting everybody else do the work", Durant said.

"The last couple of days I've thought about it", he said. "I told you when I was 8 years old". He legitimately took a step back this year, and it wasn't KD's fault. He scored 39 last night and became the first player since Shaquille O'Neal in 2000 to score 30 or more points in five straight Finals games.

Again, none of this is to say that Thompson or Green were much less valuable this year than the last.

That synergy is what fuels concern around the league - how can this team be beaten?

As ESPN's Zach Lowe suggested, the Warriors may have some concerns over how the unit can rebound and whether it drains the 6-foot-6 Green of too much energy.

The development programs Canada Basketball has put together are top-notch and the experience the teenagers get will eventually translate to the senior team, I'm sure.

Perhaps if the Warriors played the death lineup more, the National Basketball Association would adjust and solve the puzzle.
